We place them at the heart of what we do, providing challenging opportunities to develop within a great team in a supportive environment that allows them to reach their full potential.Key Responsibilities of the Role:Preparing and assigning work schedules to the electrical team and subcontractorsPlan and schedule daily work.Supervising and motivating team membersEnsuring proper handling of electrical materials and equipment during the installation stagesMaintaining safety standards and adhering to electrical codes and permits to work.Supervision of the installing all the electrical equipment that will install in the site.Control and keep track of scope changes, engineering changes and any other changes, non-conformities and technical queriesReviewing work procedures, method statement and suggesting improvement measuresCoordinate with the different contractors the execution of the works, interferences and daily follow-up.Training and evaluating performances of new employees. xysqume Coordinating with on-site personnel from the different departments (civil, mechanical) to ensure proper workflow and avoid clashesSupervising on-site electrical operations and reporting any major issues to the senior managementCoordinating with the project Electrical Project Manager to review any design requirementsEssential Criteria for the Role:Degree Electrical Engineer or Industrial Engineer experience is required.10+ years’ experience in similar roleExcellent organisational andplanning skillsAbility to work as part of a teamExcellent negotiation, problem solving and decision‑making skillsProficient in use of systems software related to Engineering functionsAbility to manage workload and prioritiseAbility to work on own initiativeMercury is an equal opportunities employer#J-18808-Ljbffr
