The company operates worldwide as an EPC and turnkey contractor across power generation, cement, metallurgical, mining and renewable energy sectors.Qualifiche, competenze e l'esperienza necessaria per questo ruolo sono disponibili nella descrizione completa riportata di seguito.Headquartered in Salerno, Italy, Magaldi is looking for ato strengthen the Contract & Risk Management function.Role OverviewThe selected candidate will support the Contract & Risk Manager in the management of contractual and commercial aspects of complex international projects, contributing to risk mitigation, contract compliance and claim management throughout the project lifecycle.After an initial development period, the candidate will progressively gain autonomy in negotiation activities and claim handling.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and administration of contractual documentation (EPC / Turnkey / Supply & Services)Identification and mitigation of contractual risksSupport to Commercial Department during tender and negotiation phasesSupport to Project Managers in contract management during project executionContribution to claim preparation and management (delay claims, EOT, variation orders)Coordination with Procurement to ensure contractual back-to-back with suppliersSupport in monitoring of project progress,
with focus on critical path and contractual impactsSupport in management of contractual correspondence with clients and subcontractorsInterface with external legal advisors when requiredRequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in contract administration or project management within EPC / industrial project-driven companiesExperience in international environments, preferably outside EUKnowledge of international contract standards (FIDIC, Orgalime, UNCITRAL, UNIDROIT)Exposure to claim management practicesUnderstanding of project planning principles (critical path, delays, EOT)Site experience (erection/commissioning) is a strong plusFluency in English (written and spoken)Degree in Engineering, Law or EconomicsSoft SkillsRisk-based and detail-oriented mindsetNegotiation and communication skillsPragmatic, structured and hands-on approachAbility to work cross-functionallyHigh level xysqume of reliability and accountabilityWhat We OfferCareer growth within a structured Contract & Risk functionExposure to complex international EPC projectsDynamic and technically challenging environmentThe position being sought is subject to CCNL Metalmeccanica Aziende Industriali, with a gross annual salary range of between €30,000 and €40,000, based on the candidate's skills and experience.Availability for occasional travel (approximately one-two trips every two months)Predominantly on-site presence required, especially during the initial development periodThe search is open to both male and female candidates (Law 903/77).
