The Local Network department is responsible for managing and governing local network services at a European level, ensuring operational continuity, compliance with corporate guidelines, and process optimisation. The unit interacts with other departments and internal stakeholders to define requirements and implement technological solutions.The resource will be responsible for the administrative management of contracts related to local network services, project governance, and European budget monitoring. They will define guidelines and projects for the delivered services, collaborating with other departments and internal customers to gather requirements and configure the ServiceNow tool sections dedicated to the Local Network area.ResponsibilitiesAdministrative management of Local Network department contractsSupervision of project governance and delivery processesPlanning and monitoring of the European budgetDefinition of guidelines and projects for local network servicesInteraction with other departments and internal stakeholders to gather requirementsConfiguration and optimisation of ServiceNow tool sections dedicated to service managementSupport for audit and compliance activitiesIssuance of purchase orders to suppliersRequirementsDegree in Economics, Management Engineering, Computer Science or related fields3–5 years of experience in administrative/contract management and IT governanceKnowledge of IT service management tools (preferably ServiceNow)Skills in budgeting and financial analysisFluent English (mandatory); French is a nice‑to‑haveFamiliarity with international contexts and complex organisational structuresSoft SkillsAbility to work in a team and in multicultural environmentsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsProblem‑solving and results‑oriented mindsetStrong organisational and prioritisation skillsAttitude for cross‑functional collaborationNotes / PreferencesWillingness to interact with teams distributed across multiple European countriesKnowledge of ITIL processes is considered a plusExperience in digital transformation projects and process optimisationCompany ProfileGenerali is a major player in the global insurance industry.
