About the Role
We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our Milan team and develop their career in technical recruitment within a dynamic outsourcing environment. In this role,
you'll focus on the full recruitment lifecycle while supporting the placement of IT professionals with our client portfolio across Italy. If you're ambitious, people-oriented, and excited by the idea of connecting talented engineers with exciting projects, this is the perfect role to grow from.

What You'll Do
Own end-to-end recruitment processes for engineering roles across IT disciplines
Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, CV databases, referrals, and other networks.
Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess technical competencies, career motivations, and suitability for outsourcing or staff augmentation models.
Build and manage a high-quality, continuously evolving pipeline of IT talent for both immediate and future client needs.
Act as a key point of contact for hiring managers and client stakeholders, translating technical requirements into effective sourcing stra
