Working at the intersection of engineering and customer engagement, you'll support design wins, influence product selection, and accelerate the adoption of innovative, energy-efficient power technologies.This is a dynamic, customer-facing role combining pre- and post-sales technical support, design reviews, schematic analysis, product demonstrations, and close collaboration with business development, R&D teams,
and distribution partners.Based onsite in Milan with 30–50% travel, you'll need a degree in Electrical Engineering, at least three years' experience in analog or power electronics design or applications, and strong communication skills in both English and Italian.
