About The Role
As a Czech Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will provide professional and efficient support to Czech-speaking customers through various communication channels. You will assist customers with their questions, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience while working as part of an international and multicultural team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional customer support in Czech through different communication channels.
Handle customer inquiries, requests,
and complaints efficiently.
Identify customer needs and provide accurate and appropriate solutions.
Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when required.
Deliver excellent customer experiences while meeting quality and service standards.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow established procedures and company guidelines.
Work independently while collaborating effectively with an international team.
Requirements
Fluent or native-level Czech.
Good command of English.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
Ability to work independently in a remote customer service environment.
Flexibility to work rotational shifts.
Relocation requirement: Candidates relocating from abroad must be available in Athens 7 days before their start date to complete the required hiri
