What you will do: As Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for all activities related to: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating domestic and international commercial contracts
- Legal support for corporate functions and bidding procedures
- Assistance with extraordinary transactions, M&A;, and due diligence
- Management of disputes, claims, and potential litigation
- Assessment of legal and contractual risks
- Coordination of law firms and external consultants
- Improvement and digitization of legal processes.
Who you are: Master's degree in Law with: At least 3 years of experience at law firms or in corporate legal departments;
Experience in commercial contracts, preferably in the technology, energy, industrial, or infrastructure sectors
- Knowledge of commercial and corporate law;
Experience in M&A;, due diligence, and, preferably, public contracts and tenders
- Admission to the bar is considered a plus
- Excellent command of English.
What we offer: Permanent contract in Rome
- Annual salary range: €40,000 – €48,000 (In accordance with the Pay Transparency Directive No. 2023/970)
