With a hands‑on approach and proven experience in end‑to‑end implementations, strong understanding of financial and supply chain processes and procedures combined with practical knowledge of interfacing and integration with Dynamics products. A demonstrable history of consultancy experience is a must as this role will entail continuous interaction with clients, managing onshore consultants, working alongside both onshore and offshore development teams. This role will also require a level of presales activities focused on D365FO functionality and the wider Microsoft platform. You will also contribute to proposal development and provide input in business development whilst leading and mentoring more junior staff.This role is therefore key to our client’s customer delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions. Work with onsite engagement team & client team to gather requirements, determine expectations & finalize deliverablesOwnership of gathering and documentation of functional requirements and complete gap/fit analysis for workstreamEnsure quality project delivery of deliverables produced and demonstrate experience in system and functional testingAdvise client and delivery team members of scope (creep) and use of change control processesDelivery of end‑user training to clients and colleagues where applicableDemonstrate ability around upselling and understanding of additional company capabilitiesInvolvement in responding to RFPs and RFQsDemonstrate excellent foundational consulting skills, including analytical know‑how, written & verbal communication,
