The position is strongly oriented toward product/technology innovation and industrial implementation.Main ResponsibilitiesManage Advanced Development projects, including planning, prioritization, progress monitoring, reporting, and financial follow-up, as well as documentation for publicly funded projectsPlan new Advanced Development activities, including budget and timelines, and select and coordinate external research partnersContribute to the development of new products and product improvements, supporting applications in propulsion, electrification, and structural lightweight designPromote technical excellence by strengthening collaboration across teams and functions within the organizationHow to convince usDegree in Engineering, Physics, or equivalent experience in a related technical fieldKnowledge of material technologies, especially polymers and composite materialsBasic knowledge of project management methodologiesGood English and either Italian or GermanWillingness to travel nationally and internationallyWe are seeking a candidate with a keen interest in innovation, strong organizational and team-work abilities, effective communication and interpersonal skills,
