We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join our engineering organization and play a key role in shaping the architecture, scalability, and long-term evolution of our platform. As a Staff Engineer at Nozomi Networks, you will operate at both a technical leadership and hands‑on engineering level, driving complex initiatives across teams while setting a high bar for engineering excellence. You will own critical areas of the system,
influence architectural decisions, and mentor engineers, while delivering impactful features and platform improvements at scale. Responsibilities
- Lead the design and evolution of distributed systems that power our OT/IoT cybersecurity platform
- Drive architecture decisions with a long-term perspective on scalability, performance, and maintainability
- Own cross-team initiatives, aligning engineering efforts with product and business priorities
- Identify and systematically reduce technical debt, improving system reliability and developer productivity
