Overview

As UA/Growth Manager at Billdu, you will drive user growth for mobile apps across paid and organic channels. You'll optimize campaigns in multiple markets, improve ASO to lift organic installs, and analyze ROI to guide scale decisions. You'll collaborate on performance creatives and explore new growth channels to profitably acquire Billdu customers. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, creative testing, and cross-channel execution in a fast-growing startup setting.

Responsabilità
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across iOS and Android (ASA, Meta, Google UAC, TikTok) in 15+ markets
- Improve ASO through keyword research, metadata optimization, screenshots, and A/B testing




- Analyze campaign performance and ROI using AppsFlyer and recommend next steps based on data
- Collaborate on the creation of performance creatives
- Identify new growth channels and opportunities, test them before scaling

Requisiti fondamentali
- Experience managing UA campaigns for mobile apps or games
- Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Proficiency with AI tools as a standard part of work
- Drive and proactive problem-solving attitude
- Bonus: AppsFlyer or other MMP experience
