This position targets candidates with 2–5 years of relevant experience in Treasury and Cash Management. Selected candidates will be placed in a dynamic and innovative environment and will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support the company’s liquidity, funding, and cash management activities.Your RoleSupport daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, liquidity monitoring, and cash flow forecastingPrepare short-, medium-, and long‑term cash flow forecasts and perform variance analysis versus actualsSupport funding activities, including revolving credit facilities, intercompany loans, and other financing arrangementsManage relationships with banking partners and support the administration of bank accounts and treasury servicesMonitor working capital performance, supporting initiatives aimed at improving collections and optimizing cash conversionSupport treasury reporting activities for senior management and Group Treasury,



providing timely insights on liquidity and funding requirementsCollaborate with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal, and Business teams on treasury‑related projects and initiativesContribute to process improvement and automation initiatives within the Treasury functionOther DutiesWe might ask you to perform other tasks and duties as your role expands. xysqume QualificationsMaster’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management Engineering, Business Administration, or another quantitative field (with honors preferred)At least two to five years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, Cash Management, FP&A, Audit, or related finance functionsSolid understanding of cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, working capital, and financial reporting principlesExcellent knowledge of the Italian and English languageAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPointStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and communicate key insightsExperience with ERP systems (SAP preferred); knowledge of Treasury Management Systems would be considered a plusAbility to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environmentStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and a proactive “get things done” attitudeBenefitsPermanent employment contractItalian National Collective Labour Agreement for the Metalworking Industry (CCNL Metalmeccanico)Gross annual salary (RAL) ranging from €45,000 to €55,000, depending on experience, skills, and qualificationsOpportunity to join a leading international technology group operating in the financial services industryExposure to senior stakeholders and Group Treasury activities in a dynamic and growing environmentLocationMilanImportant NotesAccording to the Italian Law (L.68/99), candidates belonging to the protected categories list will be given priority.#J-18808-Ljbffr
