You will report to Metal Works Manager and be located in Monfalcone site.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up the machine tools; Operate small/medium/heavy NC machine tools (milling machine, vertical lathe, drilling machine) to obtain the designed geometries according to drawings and project requirements; Align and secure the part using clamping devices, determine the workpiece zero points, check the tool pre-setting, and ensure compliance with dimensional tolerances; Keep track of the operations work time; Read technical drawings, ISO and ASME tolerances; Move parts or furnace components into position, manually or with hoists or cranes; Comply withcompany procedures (safety, quality, risk and security).QualificationsProfessional or Technical school diploma; Previous experience in NC machine tools (min.
2 years); Availability to work in three shifts: Monday to Friday – Shift 1: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, Shift 2: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, and Night Shift: 10:00 pm to 6:00 am; Knowledge of Italian and English languages (min. B1 level).We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
