With more than fifty years of proven experience in providing process design, engineering solutions and project management, today PEG carries out projects for Oil Gas, Power Generation, Renewables, from conceptual front-end design and feasibility study, trough detailed engineering, construction, commissioning and startup, operating maintenance. /p h3About the Role /h3 pWe are looking for a bSystem HSEQ Engineer /b to join our HSEQ Department in Rome, with a focus on Integrated Management Systems. /p pThe ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in the management of Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) systems, with proven ability to support audits, maintain and update management system documentation, and monitor organizational performance. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Integrated Management Systems /h3 ul liSupport the implementation, management and monitoring of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001), Environmental Management System (ISO 14001), and Occupational Health Safety Management System (ISO 45001), as well as other applicable company requirements and standards. /li liEnsure that company processes and practices comply with applicable international standards and local regulations. /li liReview, update and revise company procedures, processes and management system documentation in response to regulatory changes and internal requirements. /li /ul h3Internal and External Audits /h3 ul liSupport the planning and execution of internal audits, ensuring that company processes and practices comply with the requirements of the Integrated Management System. /li liSupport the HSEQ team during certification audits, external audits and inspections,



contributing to the maintenance of relevant certifications and compliance requirements. /li /ul h3Management System Performance Monitoring /h3 ul liMonitor the performance of the Integrated Management System by collecting and analysing relevant KPIs and performance data, identifying trends and areas for improvement; /li liSupport the management of non-conformities and corrective actions, ensuring effective follow-up and continuous compliance with management system requirements. /li /ul h3Documentation and Reporting /h3 ul liPrepare, update, manage and archive technical documentation, reports, procedures and records required for the effective maintenance of the Integrated Management System; /li liContribute to the proper organization and maintenance of company documentation, ensuring that relevant information is easily accessible and available to the appropriate teams. /li /ul h3Qualifications and Experience: /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in bEngineering /b (minimum three-year degree); /li liAt least b5 years of professional experience /b in QHSE / HSEQ management systems or related roles; /li liA solid knowledge of the main ISO management system standards; /li liPrevious experience in management system implementation, monitoring and auditing is preferred; /li liFluent English, both written and spoken; /li liAvailability to travel internationally for short business assignments. /li /ul h3What We Offer: /h3 ul liCompetitive compensation package aligned with experience and qualifications; /li liCorporate welfare program, including a range of employee benefits and well-being initiatives; /li liTwo days a week of hybrid working; /li liProfessional development opportunities and continuous learning programs; /li liThe opportunity to contribute to high-profile international projects within a collaborative and multicultural environment. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
