- Your interpersonal skills and ability to listen, in order to build a strong relationship of trust with our clients and fully understand their challenges and issues.
- Your curiosity and eagerness to learn, as we support over 1,000 clients from all sectors worldwide.
- Implement, configure, and maintain enterprise applications to support business processes and operational requirements
- Customize application settings, workflows, security roles,
and permissions to align with business needs and best practices
- Support application upgrades, releases, patches, and new feature deployments
- Maintain application configuration documentation, system specifications, and support procedures
- Provide advanced technical support for business-critical applications, including Level III post-implementation support
- Diagnose, investigate, and resolve issues to minimize business disruption
- Manage incidents, service requests, and problem-resolution activities in accordance with service level agreements
- Monitor application performance, availability, and system health to identify issues
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience in application support, administration, or a related field
- Knowledge of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, SaaS platforms) and system administration
- Knowledge of English at C1 level; Italia
