- Involvement in all HR key processes (Salary Review, Budget, Workforce planning, Training Management, Performance Management, Organizational management)
- Involvement in full life cycle recruitment
- Development/international mobility career path – training plans
- Support in datadriven analysis of the various HR specific topics. Master's degree in economics/law/philosophy. Post-Graduate Master in HR management is a plus
- Fluency in English and good communication skills.
