The role ensures the achievement of project KPIs and full compliance with contractual commitments. /ph3YOUR TASKS /h3ulliHold full responsibility for the project from Execution Readiness through to final acceptance and handover to Service. /liliPlan, manage, coordinate, and lead the project team. /liliEnsure safe and successful project delivery in terms of safety, cost, quality, and schedule /liliEnsure alignment and coordination across key functions such as Global Sourcing, Legal, HSE, Quality, Supply Chain, and operational teams. /liliRepresent the company towards clients and build strong, positive relationships and ensure customer satisfaction /liliGuarantee compliance with HSE and technical requirements on site /liliManage the financial performance of the project, monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost control.dentify project risks and implement mitigation measures proactively /liliHandle claims, disputes,
and contractual negotiations and actively manage variations (change orders), invoicing, and cash collection. /li /ulh3YOUR PROFILE /h3ulliMinimum 5 years of experience as Project Manager in operative project execution and construction management for complex technical projects either in civil construction, manufacturing and plant engineering industry, the wind energy sector and/or similar industries/energy sectors; experience with turnkey projects preferable /liliExperience in project management incl. full responsibility for multi-million EUR contracts with strong commercial and financial acumen /liliTechnical background with a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in engineering or similar. /liliStrong analytical and communication skills with a proactive, solution-driven mindset. /liliExperience in a global, cross-functional environment. /liliFluent in English; additional languages are an asset. /li /ulh3OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS /h3ulliCV Screening - We start by reviewing your CV - just a heads-up: we only evaluate applications/CV's in English. /liliPrescreening Call - If your profile matches, you might get a call from a Portuguese number (yes, that's us).
