We are currently recruiting for an experienced Lead Electrical Engineer to join a leading international engineering organisation on a major data centre project in Milan, Italy.Le seguenti informazioni hanno lo scopo di fornire ai potenziali candidati una migliore comprensione dei requisiti per questo ruolo.This is a senior technical leadership role with genuine ownership of the electrical engineering scope, covering design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning and handover.The RoleYou’ll be responsible for:Leading electrical engineering delivery across the projectManaging and coordinating the electrical engineering teamReviewing electrical designs and identifying technical gaps and risksWorking across LV and MV electrical systemsValidating cable sizing and technical assessmentsPreparing and managing electrical technical submittalsCoordinating design with BIM and construction teamsSupporting electrical equipment procurement and vendor managementProviding technical support throughout installationConducting electrical system walkdownsManaging specialist vendors during commissioningCoordinating testing, commissioning and system handoverCompiling test packs, FTOPs and O&M documentationSupporting client trainingManaging technical interfaces with clients, designers,
contractors and suppliersSupporting programme, QA and EHS requirementsMentoring and developing project and graduate engineersWe’re Looking ForYou’ll ideally have:7+ years’ electrical project engineering experienceDegree or equivalent in Electrical or Building Services EngineeringStrong LV/MV experienceMajor construction project experienceData centre, pharmaceutical, industrial or other mission-critical experienceStrong knowledge of electrical regulations and design standardsExperience with ETCI, BS 7671, EN and IEC standardsStrong technical submittal and design review experienceExperience with electrical installation, testing and commissioningStrong client, consultant, vendor and contractor management experienceExcellent technical problem-solving and decision-making skillsStrong leadership and communication skillsExperience mentoring and developing engineersExperience with Amtech, DIALux, AutoCAD 2D, Adobe Pro and MS Office would be advantageous. xysqume This is an excellent opportunity for a Lead Electrical Engineer looking to take genuine ownership of electrical engineering delivery on a technically complex, mission-critical data centre project.#J-18808-Ljbffr
