TXT e-Tech, a company of the TXT Group, is looking for a professional to join projects in the Automotive sector. The selected candidate will join teams dedicated to the development of large-scale embedded systems, with a particular focus on Automotive HMI. The role will involve monitoring projects and development processes, contributing to project planning, team organization, and continuous process improvement. Thanks to their technical expertise, the candidate will also participate in architecture and application code reviews, contributing to the quality and effectiveness of the solutions developed.Si candidi (facendo clic sul pulsante apposito) dopo aver controllato tutte le informazioni di lavoro riportate di seguito.Main Responsibilities:Manage the creation of Features, Epics, and Enablers according to the AGILE methodologyMonitor the workflow of one or more development teams working in the Automotive HMI domainAnalyze and monitor team performance, identifying areas for improvementShare project status and results with managementContribute to project planning and team organizationCollaborate with other departments to improve development processes and ensure compliance with quality standardsManage critical issues and implement corrective and preventive actionsParticipate in architecture and source code reviews in C, C++, Java, and KotlinRequired Technical Skills:Knowledge of embedded software development, preferably in the Automotive sectorKnowledge of C, C++, Java,
