Global Medical Lead Generation Internship | starting date: October 2026 | 6 months | Milan
For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our Global Retail Excellence Medical team.
Our team is at the forefront of a critical mission: to maximize the number of customers entering our stores through doctors’ referrals. This function is deeply rooted in commercial strategy and acts as a key driver of lead generation directly from medical professionals.
You will work in a truly fast-paced international environment in a business constantly evolving, with great empowerment and growth opportunities.

You’ll be in charge of:
- Supporting project management and team coordination to ensure smooth collaboration across global teams.
- Assisting in designing and implementing global processes and tools to improve efficiency.
- Helping define KPIs and reporting structures to extract insights for strategic decisions.
- Analyzing commercial performance to identify trends and provide actionable data.
- Curating and developing a global repository of strategic content to support medical engagement.
- Facilitating internal communication to promote alignment and collaboration across departments.
You are the right person if you:
- Have a Master's Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or similar
- Possess a good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Speak English and Italian fluently and would like to work with multicultural teams
- Have an interest in the healthcare sector and how commercial strategies drive business growth
- Possess analytical acumen, critical thinking, and a keen attention to detail
- Take initiative and are eager to learn
- Possess a clear and open communication, and relational skills
