We are a Group characterized by experientiality, inclusiveness, sense of belonging to a community and contamination of different meanings and worlds.Our goal is that Moncler’s social channels not only communicate our identity or our products, but that they move to meet the interests, tastes and emotions of our community and beyond.We are looking for Client Advisor Manager to complete the team of our Boutique in Roma Piazza di Spagna.The Client Advisor Manager, reporting directly to the Store Manager, takes on the role of Brand Ambassador, being responsible for growing their store’s sales by providing an exceptional level of service to their clients and managing the operations of their stores efficiently. In this role, the person strives to reach excellence in business performance and key qualitative objectives always going beyond expectations, inspiring, managing and coaching the team.Your ImpactEnsure the Moncler Sales and Service standards are embodied consistently while adhering to all Company Policy and Procedures; Proactivelyrecruit, interview and hire a team that will drive store sales and delivers an elevated level of service while building customer loyalty and developing new customers.Drive Store sales and productivity through key KPI management (store sales, UPT, Conversion, Productivity and Inventory); Responsiblefor daily operations ensuring efficiency and protection of company assets through schedule management, inventory management, cash management, shipping and receiving,
adhering to business needs and company policies and procedures; Analyze reports (sell-through and productivity) and work closely with Regional partners to strategically drive and grow business; Effectivelycoach and ensure all store staff complies with company initiatives (Training and Selling Programs, CEM, CRM etc.), provide motivation to sales team and lead by example at all times; Develop theteam to ensure individual growth, employee engagement and career pathing for future leaders using consistent communication i.E.
