As a PMO you will play a key role in supporting the coordination and delivery of migration projects (infrastructure, applications, or sites) within our business and technology teams.Your MissionsCoordinate end‑to‑end migration activities (planning, execution, cutover)Support project plan management and advanced progress trackingAlign technical teams, business units, and stakeholdersManage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecyclePrepare reporting and status updates for stakeholdersSupport go‑live and post‑migration phasesCollaborate in hybrid mode, with presence in Milan office once per weekYour ProfileExperience as PMO or Project Coordinator in IT environmentsFamiliarity with migration projects (cloud, data, infrastructure, or applications)Proficient with project tracking tools (Jira, MS Project, Excel)Ability to coordinate and manage priorities effectivelyEnglish fluent.
