Overview In this role you will provide frontline maintenance and upgrades for Abbott systems, supporting installations and deinstallations as needed. You work closely with lab staff and Abb o tt ambassadors to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction. You will schedule and perform planned maintenance to keep instruments running reliably and contribute to district profitability.
This is a hands-on field position that combines technical expertise with strong communication to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
Responsabilità
- Provide first-line service for service interventions (under 4 hours) to customers
- Schedule and execute planned maintenance activities
- Assist with instrument installations and deinstallations
- Support with level-one service backup and on-site maintenance tasks
Requisiti fondamentali
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
- Technical product-line expertise
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to identify and drive issue resolution
- Experience with analytical tools and software
