Datasheets, Lists, Procedures, Manuals..)Preparation of Material Requisitions for sub-supplied items related to the Mechanical Discipline (i.E. valves, piping raw materials, painting services,
steel structures..)Technical Evaluation of sub-supplier quotations and preparation of tabulation for Procurement OfficeFollow-up of the subcontracted purchase orders and sub-supplier activities Check of all the subcontracted discipline engineering documents (i.E. valve drawings, technical procedures..)Technical assistance to sub-supplier through clarifications and meetingsProviding technical support to Project Team by sharing the information received from sub-suppliersTechnical assistance to UNIDRO workshop during fabrication, assembly, testing and packing activitiesOptimizing Packaged systems ensuring minimal cost and simplification in compliance with the required performanceImplementing detailed engineering activitiesFocal point for packing and logistic activities prior to shipping (e.G.
