leveraging the different tools available to develop existing and recruit new Clients and build long term Client relationshipsProactively Support Team Managers in Driving the BusinessAssist Management in daily operations to reach operational excellence within the Store: floor management, stock operations, and opening / closing dutiesSupport Managers in developing their teams through training, mentoring, shadowing and tutoring activitiesDemonstrate a thorough xysqume understanding of the company’s policies and provide support to Client Advisors when neededPerform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the storeProfileStrong and effective communication and listening skillsHigh level of clientelingUnderstand the business priority and store dynamicsStrong organizational skills and agility#J-18808-Ljbffr
