Role : Talent Operations Manager (Remote) Location : Remote (Work from Anywhere) We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Talent Operations Manager to work on a full-time basis. This role focuses on optimizing talent acquisition processes and enhancing operational efficiency across global teams. Design and implement scalable talent operations frameworks to streamline recruitment workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine hiring strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Oversee the implementation of applicant tracking systems and other HR technologies to enhance data accuracy.
- Experience managing talent operations or HR technology implementations in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR information systems (HRIS).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and drive process optimization.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements related to talent acquisition and data privacy regulations.
