Holding Human Resources Milano, IT Talent Acquisition Manager Italy We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager Italy to join our People &
- Organization team based in Milan. How you make the difference The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and executing Bolton’s end-to-end recruitment strategy, ensuring the attraction, selection, and hiring of high-quality talent aligned with business values and goals. How Your Agenda Looks Like
- Contribute to the definition of the Talent Acquisition strategy and governance for Italy, in close partnership with the P&O; teams;
- Partner closely with P&O; Managers and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance;
- Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience across all touchpoints;
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors;
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies;
- Leverage data and recruitment metrics to improve hiring effectiveness, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire;
- Support the Group Organizational Development, Talent &
- Learning COE for employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the market.
Your Team You’ll directly report to our P&O; Director International &
- Global Functions. The role doesn’t include direct reports.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field;
- Work Experience: 5 years’ experience in the role within an international context;
- Local language: Proficiency in Italian and fluent in both written and spoken English.
