Coesia operates in 34 countries with 21 different companies and employs over 8,000 people as of 2026.About the RoleDesign and develop industrial systems for the transport, dosing, mixing, and processing of liquids, from concept through detailed engineering.Design piping systems, process equipment, supporting structures, and skid-mounted solutions, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and industry standards.Develop hygienic and sanitary designs for food, pharmaceutical, and other high-cleanliness applications, considering CIP/SIP requirements, cleanability, and contamination control.Perform process and equipment risk assessments, including the safe handling of hazardous, flammable, corrosive, or toxic liquids,
ensuring compliance with relevant safety regulations.Design systems with a strong focus on maintainability, accessibility, ergonomics, operator safety, and ease of inspection and maintenance throughout the equipment lifecycle.Produce engineering documentation, including P&IDs, equipment layouts, piping layouts, specifications, and technical documentation.Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to integrate process, mechanical, electrical, automation, and safety requirements into complete industrial solutions.Support commissioning, start‑up, troubleshooting, and optimization of industrial process plants.What You Need to Be SuccessfulMaster's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, or an equivalent engineering discipline.At least 8 years of experience in the design of industrial process plants, with particular focus on systems for the transport, dosing, mixing, and processing of liquids.Good knowledge of Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD Plant and Vault.Organized and task-orientedStrong focus on innovation and curiosity for innovative solutionsAvailable to travel upon requestFluent in EnglishOur OfferCompensation for this role includes a base salary starting from EUR 45.000, in line with experience. The actual offer may exceed this minimum based on the candidate's qualifications and fit for the role.
