Your work will directly influence safety, quality, efficiency, reliability, and sustainability. You'll collaborate with production, maintenance, engineering, quality, and EHS teams to improve how works today while helping build the processes of tomorrow.This is a role where technical expertise meets real operational impact.About the RoleYou'll be part of the Lubricant Additives business and report directly to the Head of Operations.The position covers both LAB (Naugalubes) and SIG production processes across four manufacturing plants at our Latina site. You'll act as a key technical partner for operations, supporting process optimization, troubleshooting, process safety initiatives, equipment implementation, and continuous improvement projects.Alongside day‑to‑day operational support, you'll contribute to longer‑term improvements through digital tools, process development initiatives, and the introduction of new technologies.What You'll Be DoingDrive Process PerformanceYou'll help improve manufacturing performance by:Monitoring process capability, productivity, yields, and material consumptionIdentifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality,
batch cycle times, and energy usageAnalyzing operational data and translating insights into practical improvementsSupporting troubleshooting activities and resolving technical process issuesLead Continuous ImprovementYou'll have a visible role in helping the site continuously improve by:Optimizing process parametersSupporting equipment upgrades and process modificationsDriving Change Management (MoC) activities for process changesApplying continuous improvement methodologies and digital toolsContributing to reliability improvement initiatives alongside Maintenance and Engineering teamsSupport Safe and Reliable OperationsYou'll help ensure manufacturing processes operate safely, consistently, and compliantly by:Participating in HAZOP studies and process safety assessmentsSupporting environmental, quality, industrial hygiene, and safety initiativesContributing to audits and compliance activitiesSupporting investigations, corrective actions, and customer complaint follow‑up where requiredDevelop and Implement New SolutionsYou'll be involved in projects that shape the future of the site by:Supporting commissioning and start‑up of new equipmentCoordinating process tests, validation campaigns, and technical studiesDeveloping process documentation,
