Overview In this role you will lead the integration program for Deel's product suite, guiding customers and internal teams through API-driven implementations. You'll act as the primary contact for onboarding and success teams on integrations, troubleshoot issues, and steer projects from plan to deployment. Your work enables SMB to enterprise customers to deploy seamless integrations at scale, shaping how Deel's platform connects with client systems.
You'll collaborate cross-functionally to create self-serve resources and drive smooth integration experiences, contributing to Deel's mission of transforming global work.
Retribuzione / Benefits Stock grant opportunities Optional flexible working office membership with IWG Additional perks and benefits based on status and location Responsabilità Serve as the main point of contact for Success and Onboarding teams on integrations and API issues Act as the escalation point for unresolved customer integration and API questions Manage and troubleshoot integration issues, collaborating with internal teams to find solutions Oversee customer integration projects from planning to execution, including requirements, strategy,
and testing Develop tailored integration plans and schedules based on client needs Work with the Integrations and API Product team to address common challenges Maintain deep knowledge of Deel's product suite and its integrations Create and update internal and external resources for self-serve integrations Communicate regularly with Onboarding Managers and CSMs about project status and issues Guide customers through integration, troubleshooting, and ensuring successful deployment Requisiti fondamentali ~2-5 years in Technical Consulting, Implementation Project Management, or Support in a B2B SaaS environment ~ Strong understanding of API integrations ~ Proven project management skills with a proactive, action-oriented approach ~ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with senior client stakeholders and internal teams ~ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines ~ Experience with HRIS and ERP systems like QuickBooks, NetSuite, Workday and SAP ~ Familiarity with SQL or other query languages is a plus ~ Excellent communication ~ Collaborative with senior stakeholders ~ Proactive problem solving ~ API integrations ~ SQL (plus) ~ Experience with HRIS/ERP systems: QuickBooks, NetSuite, Workday, SAP
