Job Description Provide technical service and support at customer sites within the assigned territory, with occasional travel throughout the rest of Italy. Perform repairs, preventive maintenance, calibrations, and adjustments in accordance with company procedures and quality standards, ensuring excellent service delivery. Manage personal spare parts inventory. Ensure a high level of customer care and satisfaction. Use SAP/CRM systems to document and manage service activities. Qualifications Residence in Bergamo, Lombardy. Technical secondary school diploma, preferably in Electronics. Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer. Strong troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills in electrical, electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Good command of English (minimum B1 level).
Previous experience providing technical service for scientific laboratory or process instrumentation is considered an advantage.
