Job DescriptionDXC Technology is looking for a Expert Business Analyst to join the Custom Application Offering.La descrizione completa del lavoro illustra tutte le competenze, l'esperienza pregressa e le qualifiche che i candidati dovrebbero possedere.ResponsibilitiesTake end-to-end ownership of business analysis activities for Public Sector clients, from requirements definition to validation of implemented solutionsLead client interviews to identify business issues and propose solutionsLead the documentation and design of processes to increase efficiency (decrease lead time, increase throughput, reduce cost, etc.) by creating roadmaps describing as-is and to-be customer environmentsGuide and support junior/mid team members on analysis and requirements-gathering activitiesContribute to shaping, preparing, and delivering client presentations, workshops and proposalsGuide team members in producing functional requirements for software developmentIdentify and manage changes to requirements and identify risks for the company's clientsAct as direct interface with internal stakeholders and clients for requirements gathering, solution validation and monitoring of alignment with business needsEffectively manage client's expectationsContribute to the definition and optimization of processes and procedures within the business analysis functionContribute to the hiring process through interviews assessing analytical and functional skillsWe RequireDegree in a technical or business disciplineProven experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally within the Public Sector fieldAdvanced expertise in business process analysis, functional requirements definition and business solution designAbility to guide and mentor team membersStrong problem-solving skillsProactive, data-driven approachExcellent communication skills,
