Lo scopra qui sotto.Reporting to the HR Director Europe and the Head of Learning & Development, the role will oversee Learning & Development activities for Italy (hands‑on management of local processes) and serve as the point of reference in deploying global initiatives across the EMEA region.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess training needs and design/implement learning and development programs.Act as the reference point for the performance appraisal process and employee development.Partner with managers to identify internal talent,
