Join to apply for the Junior Industrial Controller role at Sidel 4 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Join to apply for the Junior Industrial Controller role at Sidel Works in partnership with Supply Chain Team, developing and implementing effective controlling activities, processes and tools as well as providing valuable financial insights and recommendations for decision-making, propose and support initiative to reduce cost, enhance efficiency and mitigate risks over Supply chain value. Act as a finance co-pilot to the Production Center Director and SC Central Functions Represent Finance in the local Management Team and be the main point of contact for site-level finance topics and escalation
• Performance Management &
• Financial Control
• Support the delivery of financial and operational performance targets
• Assist in coordinating the local Budget and Forecast processes
• Collect, validate, and align financial assumptions with the business
• Support in calculating and updating hourly rates in line with central guidelines
• Prepare Manufacturing Controlling KPIs and perform variance analysis
• Provide insight into financial deviations and their business drivers; support performance outlook discussions
• Take ownership of project deviation monitoring and root cause analysis (RCA) at the PC level
• Participate in Product Cost Governance meetings and support cost reduction initiatives with tracking and financial analysis
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and local legal/tax regulations
• Support internal and external audit processes
• Help maintain strong internal controls and adherence to financial procedures
• Lead or support stock check activities and help optimize inventory levels
• Actively promote World Class Manufacturing (WCM) practices, contributing to the FI (Focused Improvement) and Cost Pillars
• Contribute to finance digitization efforts by supporting automation tools (RPA, BI, dashboards)
• Help improve transparency, data reliability, and the link between operations and financial performance. Master degree or equivalent in Finance
• A Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Controlling
• Strong controlling technical skills, solid knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standers (IFRS) accounting principles;
