- Ensure the operational continuity of the Operations area by guiding the behaviors of staff to meet company standards and comply with airport regulations, Safety, Security, Health and Safety 81/08, and Quality. Manages and supervises the staff on duty in the department
- It guarantees the necessary technical and knowledge support for resolving the current operational issues
