or related fieldMinimum 3–5 years of experience in fashion productionStrong technical understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and size gradingProven experience managing external suppliers and production partnersExcellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsFluent in English and Italian (written and spoken)Proficient in PLM systems (Centric preferred), Excel, and ERP toolsDetail-oriented and technically preciseStrong follow-up and multitasking abilityClear communicator and effective cross-functional collaboratorTechnical and fit expertiseResults-driven, with strong sense of ownership and accountabilityCore CompetenciesDemonstrates expertise in managing the full production cycle in fashion production, ensuring quality, timing, and cost objectives are met.
