You will identify hazards, design and deploy prevention measures, and coordinate ASPP activities in line with D.Lgs. 81/2008. You’ll lead internal audits, Gemba walks, and incident investigations to inform corrective actions and continuous improvement. Reporting to the HES Facility Manager, you help advance the company's HSE objectives across the organization.Identify hazards and assess risks to environment, safety, and health at work.Develop and implement prevention, protection, and control measures.Coordinate ASPP tasks per D.Lgs. 81/2008 and manage risk prevention activities.Conduct internal audits, Gemba walks, and problem-solving investigations.Analyze injuries, accidents, near misses, and safety spots; document results and drive corrective actions.Collaborate to manage health,
