On behalf of a global leader in Waste-to-Energy solutions, we are looking for an:Engineering LeaderReporting to the Director of Project Execution, the candidate will coordinate a multidisciplinary Engineering Team across EP/EPC projects in the field of Anaerobic Digestion Technologies. Verifichi tutti i dettagli nella descrizione e poi faccia clic su "Candidati".Main responsibilities:Manage and oversee the assignment of tasks to each Engineer based on workload, knowledge, and competencies, ensuring full respect for contractual timeframes, costs, and quality of executionEnsure flawless interaction among Engineering disciplines, drastically reducing "grey areas" between them and stakeholdersEmpower Project Engineers as the primary accountable figures for overall project-related engineering coordinationIncrease accountability at every organizational levelDetermine outsourcing needs, deciding if and to whom to outsource engineering tasks while prioritizing delivery time and qualityOversee resource planning (both internal and outsourced), focusing on stable workload and team utilization to prevent idle time, overlaps, redundancies, emergencies, and budget overrunsProvide regular reporting to the Director of Project ExecutionCollaborate closely with the Site & Commissioning Leader to minimize gaps between Engineering and Construction Site tasksCoordinate with the Application Engineering Department,
