Infrastructure & Export Finance team, as part of Advisory & Financing Solutions, supports our clients with Financing & Debt Advisory tailored solutions across four core sectors: Renewables, Digital & Core Infrastructure, Natural Resources and Transportation & Shipping.
We are a leading European team across Italy, Germany and Austria, with solid expertise and proven track record in the industry.
You will find a dynamic workplace and a huge commitment towards common goals: we lead with industrial and financial content, in close partnership with M&A; and Syndication teams.
What you'll be doing
- Conduct financial analysis to help the team in evaluating and making critical business decisions for UniCredit and our Clients
- Cooperate with Infrastructure & Export Finance team based in Munich and other Advisory & Financing teams, within the context of national and cross-border mandates
- Gather, analyze and sort data to improve team reporting and support management decisions
- Proactively support the execution of external (e.g. pitching, negotiation, industry analysis) and internal (e.g. preparation of credit requests and related presentations) processes
- Skim through tailored financial models in Excel and assess the adequacy of financing structure
What you'll need to succeed
- Good knowledge of Italian accounting principles and Corporate Finance matters
- Good command of Excel and Power Point
- Advanced knowledge of English
- Flexibility to deal with different tasks simultaneously
- Self-motivated and pro-active attitude
- Strong and sensitive analytical skills
