We are looking for a Data Admin for
a client company in the Aerospace industry

Responsabilità

Preparing and sorting documents for data entry.

• Entering (transfer and condense) data from various sources into database
software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been
inputted.

• Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information
for incomplete documents.

• Complying with data integrity and security policies.

• Copying, printing and scanning files and generating reports.

• Filing Documents in the Library

• Troubleshooting processing errors.

• Creating data backups as part of a contingency plan.

• Testing new database systems and software updates.

• Interacts with clients as well as team members regarding data input.

Skill e Professionalità

High School Diploma Tecnico Aeronautico

Fluent English, both written and spoken, to manage documentation and
communication.

Excellent knowledge of Excel and strong familiarity with MS Office
applications.

Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new database systems quickly
and accurately.

Vantaggi

Work hours : Monday to
Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with 1-hour lunch break

Expected hiring with contract type : Temporary agency contract starting 1 year, with possibility of
future direct hiring/internalization within the client company,

CCNL Commercio – Level 3 Impiegati– Gross annual salary of around €28.000
