hlpy, born in 2020, is a road assistance company start-up founded by a group of visionaries who quickly understood the needs of many global customers. Our business offers a B2B2C model aimed at all automotive sectors (insurance companies, car manufacturers, rental companies, mobility providers, etc.). For this reason, we are actively seeking highly motivated Digital Monitoring Agents to join our global team to improve our processes and continuously ensure we deliver quality services.
Monitor roadside assistance requests through our digital flow, intervening through outbound calls when necessary: Dispatch the appropriate service (tow trucks, taxis, replacement vehicles, etc.). Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely resolution of cases.
Provide clear and empathetic guidance to clients throughout the assistance process.
Update and maintain accurate records of all missions in the hlpy system. Fluent in German / French / Spanish is a plus. Good knowledge of English (B2). Previous experience in operations and/or customer service will be a plus.
Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems. Availability to work on rotating shifts, 24h / 7 days a week. A dynamic and supportive international work environment. Training and development to grow your skills in roadside assistance operations.
