In this role, you will lead a distributed and international team of specialists, ensuring the successful design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (Service, Marketing, Sales) and the broader Microsoft ecosystem. You will act as a technical and functional leader, bridging business strategy and digital execution,



while accelerating innovation through the adoption of Microsoft’s latest AI and data platforms.ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional, international chapter of Dynamics 365 analysts, developers, and specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and knowledge sharingDrive the end-to-end architecture, design, and evolution of Dynamics 365 (Service, Marketing, Sales) solutionsAct as the primary subject matter expert for the entire D365 stack, providing architectural guidance, best practices, and governance across all product teamsEnsure alignment between business needs and digital capabilitiesOversee the full lifecycle of D365 initiativesEstablish and enforce development standards, DevOps practices, and application lifecycle management (ALM) processes to guarantee solution quality, security, and reliabilityContribute to the integration strategy with other enterprise platformsDrive adoption of Microsoft AI stack including Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI and Fabric, within D365Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Enterprise Architects, and business stakeholdersManage relationships with external partners and vendorsQualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering,
