Overview In this role you will build and grow relationships with top restaurant partners, acting as a trusted advisor to drive their success and Glovo's growth. You'll leverage data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration to optimize partnerships, revenue, and profitability. You work closely with internal teams to tailor solutions, run high-impact promotions, and enhance menu performance. This is a hands-on, impact-focused role in a fast-paced, customer-centric delivery business.

Responsabilità
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with restaurant partners through proactive communication
- Understand partners' business goals to provide strategic guidance and support
- Analyse data to drive operational excellence, growth,
and profitability for partners and Glovo
- Drive revenue growth via promotions, marketing activations, and menu optimization
- Own partner revenue performance and deliver measurable growth
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance and Customer Service to design customised solutions
Requisiti fondamentali
- 2-3 years in high-performance sales, account management, or business consultancy
- Bachelor in Business Administration is a plus
- Proven track record of exceeding KPIs (advantage)
- Problem solver with data-driven, analytical approach
- Highly organized, proactive with strong time management and prioritization
- Comfort with strategic planning and hands-on execution
- Knowledge of Google Suite; Salesforce is a plus
- Native level Italian; proficiency in English; CV in English
