JOB MISSION

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact? We’re looking for passionate individuals eager to help grow our Global Skin care Marketing Department while upholding our core values of beauty, ethics, and sustainability.

As our Product Manager, you will develop and steer the global marketing strategy for the respective lines consistently with the overall brand strategic objectives and with the ethical and sustainable values of the Company.

The Product Manager is responsible for identifying market, professional and consumer opportunities, transforming them into innovative and commercially relevant product and service concepts, and managing the development, growth and activation plan of assigned lines.

The role connects professional and consumer needs, market trends, scientific innovation, brand strategy and commercial objectives to deliver products and campaigns that strengthen brand equity, drive business growth and create meaningful value for professional customers and consumers.

The Product Manager owns the product and service journey from ideation through to launch planning and ongoing portfolio management, ensuring that every product, service and campaign is distinctive, relevant, high-performing and aligned with the brand’s positioning.

What You Will Do

- Contribute to the definition of a competitive and exciting marketing plan ensuring a good ratio between new launches and re-support of previous New Product Developments (NPDs) as well as Hero and Core Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) and lines, and adequate tools to win in different channels of distribution. Creates compelling pitch for innovations and briefs that take into account sales/marketing potential, target cost, price positioning,



margin, Unique Selling Proposition (USP), line and brand growth.
- Drive and coordinate the cross-functional team for the development of new products and treatments, ensuring the availability of products and launch contents in time and in full.
- Own the Briefing process, from the Concept Creation to the top line Activations, ensuring the launch Unique Selling Proposition (USP) and message hierarchy is well expressed across all the touch points, from packaging, to in store, to web product pages. Foster and identify disruptive innovation ideas and opportunities through a constant monitoring of the global skincare market, the distribution channels, competitors, consumer insights and trends, and contributes to the management of cross-functional ideation initiatives in the organization;
- Leads the creation of exciting and engaging presentations, online and in presence, to engage all stakeholders throughout the launch journey, from early engagement to launch, adapting them to all the relevant stakeholders;
- Is responsible for the quality of product data management and periodical analysis on the respective lines to drive learnings and corrective actions and process improvements
- Defines and manages the Marketing Budget related to the respective lines/marketing initiatives
- Acts as a Coach for the dedicated resources, taking care of their development for improved performance.

Who You Are

- 5+ years in marketing, with previous experience in product development at Head Quarter level
- Knowledge and passion of the International Beauty Market
- Strong project management skills, ability to work with cross-functional, diverse teams, leading by example
- Accountable and rigorous with sound analytical, data interpretation skills
- Curious about trends in beauty and society
- Relatable, team player
- Self-motivated, result-oriented with the necessary entrepreneurial drive to make things happen and drive transformational change;
- Fluency in English is a must, knowledge of Italian is ideal or French a plus




- Experience within skincare (professional or luxury) would be a plus.

Actual compensation may vary depending on the experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
