OverviewWe are looking for a Solution Analyst to join our Milan office within the Services team (after sales). The role focuses on maximizing customer benefits and ensuring project success on 3DEXPERIENCE platform adoption.ResponsibilitiesDefine and propose a transformation path toward an integrated Global Solution, enabling the customer to achieve business objectives leveraging 3DS expertise powered by the 3DEXPERIENCE platformLead customer workshops to map AS-IS processes and use cases, define TO-BE processes and operational flows, and run a gap analysis between 3DS solutions and customer needsChallenge and optimize customer business processes to drive Digital Transformation and value creation, by proposing 3DS Solutions in line with company strategyFoster alignment among 3DS teams to create a shared vision of the Solution Architecture and ensure project success.Oversee and actively support SIT/UAT phases, conducting test planning, defect management, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth transition to go-liveEnsure the delivered solution is aligned with the Scope of Work (SoW) and meets customer expectations throughout the adoption phaseAct as the main communicator between the customer and internal teams, including software developers, algorithm experts, infrastructure consultants,
