The Demand Planner role, reporting to Italy Demand Planning Leader, is responsible for building accurate demand forecasts and ensuring strong alignment between Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain. Ensure the Initiatives Master Plan is executed in line with timings, volumes and Company KPIs. promotions and supply constraintsManage large and complex product portfolios (hundreds of SKUs)Support decision-making across cluster and global teamsMonitor inventory performance and suggest corrective actionsTHE WELLA IDEAL FITBachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain or other relevant fields; A minimum of 5 years' experience in Demand xysqume Planning/forecasting rolesProven experience managing complex portfolios (hundreds of SKUs)Experience with demand planning tool (BlueYonder preferred; JDA)Mandatory: SAP knowledgeFluency in english is a must-haveGood analytical mindset and problem-solving attitudeCollaboration and stakeholder management, team work attitude#J-18808-Ljbffr
