The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow and develop in a company committed to developing talent and rewarding performance.Project Quantity Surveyor – Data Centre (M&E) – MilanYou’ll join Kirby Group Engineering on a major data centre project in Milan, taking ownership of the commercial delivery across both mechanical and electrical packages. It’s a fast-moving environment with real scale,
where your decisions will have a direct impact on project performance.The RoleYou’ll take responsibility for the commercial management of the project from early-stage through to final account. This is a full lifecycle role, working closely with project, planning and commercial teams to ensure the job is delivered properly and profitably.You’ll be expected to lead from the front, manage detail without losing sight of the bigger picture, and operate with confidence in a high-performing project environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging budgets, BOQs and commercial planning across the projectRunning valuations, applications and ensuring accurate monthly reportingManaging subcontractor accounts from appointment through to final account agreementLeading commercial discussions with both client and internal stakeholdersTracking performance and reporting clearly to project leadershipIdentifying and managing commercial risks earlyWorking closely with planning to align cost and programmeHandling variations,
