We partner with app owners (e.g., utility, commerce, or entertainment apps) to help them unlock a new, consistent revenue stream and boost user engagement. By integrating LoyaltyPlay, publishers can offer their users rewards (in-app currency) for installing and playing mobile games from our vast advertiser network. This creates a deep engagement loop and a powerful monetization channel for the publisher. /p pWe are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build scalable, high-performance systems in collaboration with product and data teams. /p h3What you'll do at Mistplay: /h3 pDevelop, test, and maintain high-quality backend and frontend code to support MAF’s core products and services. /p pCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, Design) to deliver reliable and scalable software solutions. /p pParticipate in the full software development lifecycle: planning, design, implementation, deployment, and monitoring. /p pWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to engineering best practices. /p pbChampion performance and reliability /b by proactively identifying bottlenecks, driving root-cause analysis, and delivering scalable, resilient improvements. /p pbShape the platform’s technical direction /b by contributing to architectural decisions, setting engineering standards, and promoting best practices that enable sustainable growth. /p pbRaise the bar for engineering excellence /b through thoughtful code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentorship, helping junior engineers grow while safeguarding quality and maintainability. /p h3Our Tech Stack /h3 pMistplay is a cloud-native,



event-driven ad network and offerwall platform deployed across a hybrid infrastructure spanning bGoogle Cloud /b and bMicrosoft Azure /b. /p pThe backend, comprising REST and GraphQL APIs, along with our core event-tracking pipeline— is implemented in bC# /b on the b.NET framework /b. /p pOur web applications are developed in bTypeScript /b using bLit /b, a component-based framework aligned with modern UI development standards and comparable to widely adopted frameworks such as React, Angular, and Vue. /p pFor analytics and reporting at scale, we leverage Google Cloud’s big data stack: bBigQuery /b as our primary data warehouse for fast, SQL-based insights over large volumes of event data, and bBigtable /b for high-throughput, low-latency access patterns on time-series and event-driven datasets. /p h3What you'll bring to Mistplay: /h3 pBachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. /p pb3+ years of professional experience /b in software development. /p pStrong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as bC#, Java /b. /p pExperience with backend frameworks and RESTful API development. /p pSolid understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) such as Sql Server, BigQuery, BigTable. /p pExperience with cloud platforms (e.g., bGoogle Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure /b) and containerization (bDocker, Kubernetes /b). /p pProblem-solving mindset and a passion for building high-quality, scalable systems. /p pExcellent communication and collaboration skills. /p pFluent in bEnglish /b (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus. /p h3Nice to have:
