Service Operations Manager
The Service Operations Manager leads Supply Chain execution and Business Operations workstreams across Europe, ensuring operational excellence, governance, and delivery performance. As the direct manager of the Romania-based operational team, this role drives cross-functional collaboration, operational transformation, financial and contract governance, supplier management, and AI-enabled process improvements to support customer success and business growth.
Your role:
- Lead and develop a Romania-based operational team, ensuring high performance, engagement, capability development, and alignment with business priorities across Europe.
- Drive end-to-end Supply Chain operations, including planning, order management, logistics coordination, fulfillment, upgrades, installations, and service delivery activities.
- Partner closely with Finance, Procurement, Commercial, Support, Delivery, Customer Success, TAMs, and external service providers to ensure effective operational execution and governance.
- Own key operational governance areas including financial controls, invoice validation, contract and entitlement management, Installed Base and CMDB governance, supplier performance, and change management processes.
- Lead business transformation initiatives by standardizing ways of working, simplifying operational processes, and implementing automation and AI-driven solutions that improve productivity, data quality, and operational efficiency.
- Translate strategic priorities into measurable KPIs, governance frameworks, and execution plans while driving continuous improvement, cost optimization, compliance, and value realization across the European organization.
You're the right fit if:
- Minimum 2 years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 1 year of experience with a Master's Degree in Service Delivery, Service Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Business Operations, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, operational governance, process improvement, and project management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Health Science, Architecture, Engineering, Business Management, or an equivalent discipline.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, digital transformation, data-driven decision-making, and developing high-performing teams in a complex international environment.
Compensation & benefits Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is €51.025 –€85.041. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.
