Overview In this role you lead the design and delivery of site infrastructures for technically demanding projects, working with multidisciplinary teams in a BIM-focused environment. You interface with clients from feasibility to completion, guide surveys and data collection, and manage construction supervision. You contribute to business development and mentor colleagues while advancing digital delivery and BIM across projects.

Responsabilità
- Lead the design and delivery of site infrastructures in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Act as project lead with direct client interface
- Coordinate with clients from feasibility to completion to align design ambitions
- Define site surveys and testing to acquire data for design
- Develop site infrastructure design through design stages, permitting and procurement
- Supervise civil construction works as part of clerk of works responsibilities
- Contribute to business development through client meetings, bid documentation, and mentorship
- Share knowledge across the team to maintain high service quality
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 10 years' consultancy experience
- Chartered professional status or in process
- Strong design skills in surface water, foul water, energy, roads and carparks, earthworks, electrical and fibre utilities
- Ability to produce drawings, specifications and reports to time and budget
- Awareness of Italian regulatory and planning framework; experience managing projects through planning
- Ability to lead design from concept to construction
- Experience managing internal and external design interfaces (architectural, structural, geotechnical, landscape, mechanical, electrical)
- Experience leading teams in a digital/BIM environment
- Experience with Civil 3D/Revit and other BIM software
- Knowledge of Navisworks and clash detection
- Knowledge of Hydraulic Modelling software
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and organizational skills
